Our desk mats are printed to order, which takes about 3-5 days on average. If a print requires a mock up approval, it can take additional time.
Once an order ships, we use USPS First Class for smaller orders, and FedEx Ground for larger orders.
Upgrade options are available at checkout. We can also RUSH production, for $10 extra. Please contact us for rush orders.
No. We do not offer custom size desk mats outside of the sizes you see on our website.
However, our desk mats come with seamless edges, so it is easy to use a razor blade or hot knife to cut to the size you want. Do this at your own risk, we do not assume liability for any damages or bodily harm.
Yes and no.
If you request it, we most definitely will.
However, if a design is straight forward, for the sake of your time and ours, we will simply push it into production. 75% of the time, it's not needed and will delay your print and arrival time.

Yes! Our dye-sublimination print makes it super easy to clean.
You can use a microfiber towel, mild detergent, and warm water to clean in your sink OR machine wash. Do not throw it in the dryer. Either dry it with a towel or let it sit.
Yes, we offer basic services for free, and we will professional fit and edit your photos to fit the dimensions OR let you know a different image is needed.
If you want us to come up with a new design, we have thousands of images and graphic assets at our disposal, along with 20 years of graphic design experience.
Custom designs start at $10. We also do photo collages, up to 12 images, FREE. Any more is an additional $10.

We do photo collages very often. We offer up to 12 images for FREE, if you have additional images, it will be $10 for every 12 additional you do.
You can upload all the images before you add the product to the cart, leave any order notes you need, and we'll send you a mock up for approval.

It's always our goal to ensure you're happy. We don't offer refunds on custom prints, but if it's not a good print, or you want a different size, contact us and we will work something out.

We suggest submitting the highest quality image you can, small images enlarged will be pixelized and won't look as sharp or high definition.
Below are the graphic guidelines we use for each size. Keep in mind there is usually a 1/4" bleed:

Do they have to be this big? No. Some images look great even if blown up. You don't even have to submit it that big. Submit it the highest quality you can and our expert designers will make it work or contact you.
